I'm thinking of the mentalists who fascinate me in this tune as well as other things. The idea of neuroplasticity and actually wiring your brain towards a path that offers content feelings by releasing negativity just by intending it or doing the same conversely if that's your frame of mind. There lies Einstein's famous quote, "The most important decision you will make is whether you live in a hostile universe"
We decide how we feel about everything and those decisions are what let them effect our mindset either positively or negatively. I used to look at that quote as having your head in the sand on reality and that maybe thinking like that didn't factor in other people's suffering properly. But I think I get it how he meant it now. No matter what is happening that's not in your control.. You still decide what your mindset is whether it's about a war or a relationship with one other human. They can both profoundly effect you if you let them. But maybe his point is it doesn't matter what the reality is that you are processing, you still chose to manifest it in a positive or negative manner as only you can build your own mindset and only you can control whatever level of connectivity you have with that other human or that war you may be in our not... Both scenarios can suck and be a challenge but the true power is being at peace with what you do control, your own brain...

Derren Browne and Keith Barry are two great mind specialists worth a rabbit hole each.

I don't believe  what they have discovered and teach has to end with enjoying them as entertainment. We can be that if we learn our own versions of what they've found and get that positive for own own beings. It's all about mind set, not magic... It is more control over the universe of neurons we all have inside our skulls. The stuff we can and should learn to control because then we move towards the greater good with common sense
