My Bad Day, is the closing track from my album, 'Waiting for Spring'.  It was a written about a health even that put me in hospital.  The simple main theme is a bit of an ear worm but also, probably, annoying.  For me it represents the illness that invaded my system.  As the piece goes on, you'll hear new layers emerge, which represent the growing tension and worry as my illness became more severe.  This piece is meant to be a fun poke at what was a very bad day.
