Dark Side of the Moon, a mix i made 6 years ago and one that is still one of my all time favourites. I have been wanting to make a part 2 for a long time and finally i did! A mix containing tracks which i have become to love over the past years. Some of these tracks i have played often during club gigs, some hardly ever., but a bit more to the darker side of techno. And for your convenience i have also included the tracklist.

Born in Trapani, Italy in 1993, Renato is an electronic producer and DJ. As a co-founder of Sparc, he is passionate about exploring the dark and hypnotic side of techno music, while also infusing acid-trancy and progressive flavors into his grooves. Renato is a lover of synthesis and drone's analog sounds, and he is quickly pushing forward the energy of Sparc through a modern, high-tech journey. With his unique style and dedication to his craft, Renato is making a name for himself in the world of techno music.

This month we want proudly show-off our Tribal powerhouse, Marco, used to be on duties as SMKX for the past decade, while keep developing new application-techniques and possible incoming scenarios.. ♨️ This is his own sonic preset, 2-steps full-on-hardgrooves, mainly influenced from Uk'ish and that NorthEurope old school sound since we met him several years ago. 

**Last clip is taken from one of his many unreleased-track that are yet running through some important dance-floor and feedbacks.

BOI YOU SHOULD’VE KNOWN BY NOW, STEEZY DUZ IT !

Born and raised in the streets of Rotterdam, from a very young age, Steezy has spent a lot of his time curating music edits and involving himself with the local music scene in the Netherlands. This is why, at the age of 16, he started an internship at Triphouse Rotterdam — a collective of local DJs and creatives, that also acted as a record store/club. It was also the place where his passion for underground music grew. Spending most of his time in their headquarters, Steezy got inspired by house, techno & electro music and started to learn how to mix his favorite sounds too. 

Fast forwards to today, Steezy has become the founder of Malafide Records and has made a name for himself by playing at underground parties over the years. Running his own underground electronic label, as well as promoting his own events, these experiences have helped him evolve his style to include more techno, early rave, breakbeat, bootyhouse, jungle and drum & bass. With this evolution in style, his musical style consists of a perceptible sound journey that has also been featured on Operator Radio, Radio WORM, PRSPCT Radio and Radio Quantica — just to name a few.

Besides being behind the decks, Invalid Request is also an integral part of underground Techno in Rotterdam. For more than 5 years he has been showcasing local artists through his platform Derailed Radio in Roffa. This place is more than just a show, it's the home of a community and a multidisciplinary nest where creativity meets talent.

The first two months in 2024 have been nothing less than a much needed rest for Otto and his studio. Now full of energy and inspiration he's ready to share his latest mix with our
community and fellow music enthusiasts. We can’t wait to see what he has in store next!
