Hertz Collision is the solo project of Francesco Profeti, an Italian electronic
music producer. He began his musical journey in 2009, collaborating with Pietro Franchini. After a decade of joint releases and collaborations, Profeti continued the project solo in 2019, retaining the iconic Hertz Collision moniker.
Renowned for his fast tribal rhythms and raw, energetic sound, Hertz Collision has emerged as a premier figure in the techno electronic music scene. His music has earned him recognition from both critics and fans alike. He has graced the stages of renowned clubs and festivals worldwide, including Tenax, Radion, Ether Festival, Bret, Perron, Tresor, Basis and many more. Collaborations with industry giants like Marco Faraone, Truncate, and releases on labels like CLR, Clergy, and Sublunar have further solidified his position as a leading artist in the techno genre.
