Я очень люблю музыку, музыку разных стилей и драм не исключение. Мало того, я когда то в 90-х я жить не мог без atmospheric drum & bass музыки, до сих пор осталось сотник кассет того времени. Вначале 2000-ых с развитием интернета, на мою голову упало большое количество музыки разных стилей и как следствие я немного потерялся в DnB, перестал отслеживать новинки и просто напросто отпустил от себя этот стиль. Много времени я не мог к нему вернуться, в какой то момент я понял, что я просто напросто не знаю, что мне качать и где, ведь драм тоже стал разный. Многие проекты с 90-х годов просто перестали существовать, а многие занялись другой музыкой, отслеживать их просто не было смысла. Помог мне Саша (Спарклесс), который тоже, так же как и я неровно дышит к atmospheric drum & bass музыке. Он меня направил немного, а дальше как говорится я сам. Посоветовал пару лейблов, артистов, которые как, уже ни странно, были отечественные и микс готов) А самое главное мой Ableton очень хорошо дружит с drum & bass музыкой! Теперь раз в сезон ждите от меня драмовый микс ну и от Сашки тоже)

Not beat-mixed ofcourse; I want to preserve the specific mood (and so tempo) of each track as it is. Cd 2 (bonus tracks) contains 14 previously unreleased  tracks, in most cases brand new.

Hotflush On Air #060 - Galaxy Brain Guest Mix

EDGE — a party series that never happened due to the war in Ukraine.

Inspired by the success of bringing Carl Finlow at the end of 2021, our team developed the brand identity for a new events series in Kyiv. Everything was ready to start — Umwelt booking, the lineup formed, flights paid for, announcements and ads set up.

But all that remains since then are memories of unfulfilled dreams and desires. And now — a tribute mix from Sparkless featuring the exact tracklist he prepared for EDGE.

Those who have been following me for many years may have noticed my love for break music. My journey as a DJ began with this music, it was this music that led me to recording my own works. Many podcasts were released for the label, guest radio broadcasts, and I played more than a dozen performances in clubs in Ukraine. Therefore, it was time to make my own podcast with my favorite breaks music, which would have a permanent place and be released regularly. The whole spectrum of the genre, from light atmospheric sound to powerful and danceable vibrations.

After an incredible CLOSE Tour in Paris, Glasgow and London we are leading into another crazy week, the annual Amsterdam ADE conference.  This year is a special one for me as I’ll be doing a special extended set on Friday October 19th  for Loveland's new All-Nighters concept at Warehouse Houthavens, which gives me plenty of time to weave in and out of lots of special sounds, frequencies and rhythms.  To get you through the week here is the recording of my BPM festival set from just a few weeks ago, which will surely get you in the mood and give you a taste of what to expect on Friday night!

Svarog est l'un des dieux de la mythologie slave, la divinité du métal et du feu, l'opérateur de la forge. C'est aussi le nom artistique d'Oleksa Moroz, musicien et DJ de Lviv, en Ukraine.

Sa carrière a débuté en 2015 avec la sortie d'un EP sur le label culte Circular Limited, qui présentait les meilleurs sons de techno profonds et audacieux, où textures et ambiances allaient de pair avec la puissance du beat.

Peu de temps après, il est sorti sur les labels allemands Nachstrom Schallplatten et Affin Ltd., ainsi que sur Black String Records, le label mexicain Illegal Alien, Animal Farm ou sur Aine appartenant à Pole Group

Son son personnel et unique est centré sur des textures sombres mais évocatrices, associant timbres saturés, sons industriels et paysages atmosphériques, des rythmes brisés.

Les nuances d'ambient, le mysticisme et la vraie techno sont les éléments qui caractérisent toute sa production. Sons modernes et futuristes, loin des tendances et de la simplicité, en direct de l'âme aux pistes de danses intelligentes.

Svarog is one of the Slavic mythology gods, the deity of metal and fire, the forge operator. It is also the artistic name of Oleksa Moroz, musician and DJ from Lviv, Ukraine.

Alexander Khomenko, known to electronic music fans as Sparkless, was born on August 9, 1982, in the Northern capital of Russia- Saint Petersburg. Even then, without knowing anything of the boy’s future, life was leaving an imprint of warm summer rain chords and melodic birds’ vocals on the soul of the future artist. A love of music was not inherited by the boy, as it is with most music careers, but it came quietly. It’s hard to recall the day when it happened, but it was the first records from England and Italy which fell into his hands that triggered it. Later, in his more conscious years, Sparkless began himself to write and collect music. Alexander parted from writing music at the end of the 90s, focusing his attention as a listener. It was only by coincidence that he got into DJing, while registering for a music site as a fan of ONE of the Djs, and he decided to try his hand at the art of mixing songs. This process carried him away and stuck, so to this day he keeps following the passion, bringing consistently fresh mixes to his fans again and again. 
To date, Sparkless is the author of more than 150 music reviews in his home country, and for the last 8 years ruzzia’s top music site has ranked him in their top 100 DJs. 
Alexander characterizes the music that he promotes as “an intellectual and emotional cocktail, with a deep, philosophical meaning”. Preferred styles: Deep house, Nu Disco, DNB, Soulfull, Atmospheric breaks, House.
