Scritch - BOOOOOM, what a great piece of work. The remixes are great, but I think the original is difficult to improve on. There are sections in all the remixes that are really good, and different people will like them for various reasons, but the original version of this tune is hot like ever and I'll be pushing it in my sets for the next couple of months, at least. Expect this to get some love from me on NSB Radio, KISS FM (in Australia) and be played at several gigs I have lined up in the Philippines and the San Francisco Bay area in May and June.
Scott Remedy - Hard to pick a favorite... Quality release! 10/10
Ellgieff - Wow. 5 producers I really, really like on this package - and it's someone else's remix that does the business for me. No-one dissappoints, but it's the Rory Hoy remix that really grabbed me. Full support on the whole package from me.

Bertie Dastard - Wicked remix package of a quality original. All mixes very varied but all still very playable. Eshericks mix just pips it for me. Peak time breakbeat done proper. Gonna be hammering that one!

Digital Sensations - wow really nice package here hard to pick a favourite but I'm gonna go with the 48k remix, absolutely wicked groove to it all tracks wonderfully produced big ups!
Boba - Strong pack right here,my favs are the 48k & Eshericks remix's, both these will play for sure, loads of energy and my thing. Original & Rory Hoy both these are sweet but not as strong for me as the other 2 originals. And Kid Chameleon remix is off the wall, this is out there, madness, but like it.
Mobius - Return to form for Eshericks on his remix here, pick of the bunch for me but there's a mix here for everyone I'd wager
Youthful Implants - such a killer release this, every mix is great. for me the Eshericks mix is the standout but I'm sure I'll be road testing the original and 48k mixes as well.
Pete Helskanki - Two standout remixes by Eshericks and 48k. Each has a very interesting individual take and delivers just the right amount of vocal amongst quality sound design and well though out arrangement.
Bass Reflections - Absolutely amazing release! Love all of the remixes and the original! It was really hard to pick a favorite but I went with Eshericks for posterity. Great job and will definitely be supporting and playing this! Great job as always mark!

Rhythm Overdose

My tribute to Dave Jameson (Jamo) who passed away in March '18.  He is sorely missed by all who knew him as well as listeners of his Soul/Funk show on JFSR & his Hardcore Breaks / Oldskool shows with his partner in musical crime, Leigh (DJ Direct), together known as The Nasty Squad.   Dave was, as they say in his part of the world, a real diamond geezer.  I wanted to make a track that, hopefully, captures his love & enthusiasm for the oldskool rave sound.

Many thanks to Leigh for being right on-board when I initially approached him with the idea for making this track in Dave's memory and for sending me some recordings of their shows so I could sample Dave doing his thing.  Also thanks to Paul Cronin for mastering the track to get it sounding full n phat :)

A very old school style song from me. I was listening to the Trigger Happy stuff on Bandcamp and was very inspired by it. This is my attempt to try and capture a sound similar to that 1994-1995 rave era. M1 piano, pitched sampled vocals, the amen break and just a hint of a 4 on the floor beat. I purposefully shied away from a lot of modern production techniques to try to make it sound as old as I could.

Sparki Dee entered the world in 1987 and developed a passion for music at a young age, the emerging rave scene meant it went commercial and many of the groups got into the top 40. The likes of The Prodigy, SL2, Altern 8 were a source of interest and rave music became an obession. By 2000 Sparki was collecting records due in part to a local pirate station Essence FM playing the current dnb, jungle, garage etc of the time along with old skool 90s. Radio became another obsession and by 2002 aged 15 he was yearning for a set of decks which he finally got, his electic mixes fusing old and new meant he was adaptable and over the years earned him sets locally at Escape, The Lido along with sets at 
The Fridge in Brixton for example. By 2004 Sparki got into producing after joining Pie Factory Music a local music studio that helped young people produce, DJ, MC. Sparki produced a drum n bass track on the studios album
'The Zone A Piece Of The Pie' in 2006 earning him his first ever release which started the ball rolling for more on the likes of Kode 5, Azzuro, Allowance, Ravenoyz, Ravestomp, Addiction Records UK, Hardcore Lives and CT12 Recordings. Sparki had national airplay on BBC Radio 1 in 2007 and 2009 via Annie Nightingale, along with 6 Music, BBC Introducing and has featured on many internet, pirate, and community radio stations. 

Sparki's style spans from drum n bass to jungle all the way back to hardcore and not forgetting trance under his second alias 'Ligera Project'. Sparki is adaptable in the rave scene and has also remixed many artists tracks. Currently Sparki runs his own record label CT12 Recordings and releases his own tracks along with artists who don't get noticed, he still plays unsigned and under the radar artists on his radio shows on Pulse FM 88.2 and is praised for his outlook on the underground scenes. Sparki has been doing radio since 2007 starring on the likes of Shadow FM, Charge FM, Nu Rave, Planet Rave, London Pirate Radio, No Fear Radio, Spice,
Happy Nation, Global Dance, Pulse FM 88.2, Dance FM Live.
