Our first premiere is from an upcoming artist from Montreal, @ttbarbir, a.k.a DÜK, puts Leonard Cohen as an inspiration to his track 'A Thousand Kisses Deep'. The ambient tones and the sweet touches of DÜK makes you feel like you are on a silken bed middle of a calm sea. The track is going to be available soon on bandcamp.

DÜK, besides his producer mask, is also the founder of the new podcast series Sound Council.

In 2006 the Bombay Dub Orchestra’s lush brand of South Asian, orchestral electronica got the remix treatment from a cast of master producers on this special EP. 

Down-tempo kings, Thievery Corporation lent their indelibly blunted musical stamp to “Feel” while global electronica pioneer, Banco de Gaia turned in an epic, cinematic mix of “Beauty & the East”. The USA’s Spider delivered a “hands in the air” club anthem with his “To the Shore” mix [a personal favourite] and DJ Drez added beautiful chilled soundscapes to his re-rub. 

As you can see I got involved too with my 'Ray of Sunshine' remix :) Enjoy !
BTW this EP shot to the No.1 position on iTunes throughout Europe on it's release.

There is something called Asthu. Imagine it like a Casper flying next to you. It's there all around us. It's like the Indian version of guardian Angel. 
However, the difference is the Asthu is slightly laid back but disciplined. And it doesn't have a judgmental ability of its own. Rather, it respects you so much that it leaves the job to you and doesn't question. It won't choose for you. It won't know whether you mean it or not. 
Sometimes you say things you don't mean but it will make it come true. E.g. You wonder what if someone steals your footwear from outside temple, Asthu will bring the attention of a thief to your footwear and it will be gone. Sometimes it will miss listening to you. 

So when you say something followed by tathastu, it means you have thought so much about what you are saying and calling the attention of Asthu to work along with you to make it come true. So, always be mindful of what you think and say. 
The literal meaning in English is ‘So be it' or 'apadiye aagatum' or 'apadiagapatathu' in Tamil.
