So, I got access to the Pizza Tower repo for a new update that is planned, and found this, after searching through the repo more, it seems the toby fox boss fight was suppose to replace Fake Peppino when playing as a new character, they have no sprites in the game currently and is only referenced in code as "holiday" which is how I found "Black Friday". I feel like you can just assume it's Noelle's Escape theme
