Sleep Therapy
Music can be a powerful tool to help you fall asleep, relax and de-stress. Music has the ability to slow down your heart rate and relax your entire body. It can also help to drown out background noise and other distractions, which can prevent you from getting a good night's sleep. Listening to calming music can help to take your mind off of worries and anxieties, allowing you to drift off into a peaceful sleep. There are many types of music that are suitable for helping you fall asleep, including classical, jazz, and even some new age music. It is important to find a genre of music that you find soothing and calming, as different types of music can have different effects on people. You can also experiment with different tempos and rhythms to find the perfect combination for helping you drift off.

It was supposed to be a little piece to celebrate the end of the rain on a rainy day, when you can finally go out for a walk, to smell the air. But these days there has been a terrible flood in my country, it has been raining for days, in some areas it has been a catasphrophe... I know, water is life and rain is indispensable but I really don't love it, I can't help it. Let's hope it ends soon..
