For this special mix, he has created 16 original tracks that blend ambient, deep house, minimal, electronica, downtempo and anything in between. The mix flows between smooth, atmospheric soundscapes and deeper rhythms, creating a unique music experience, that we are proud to share with you.

‘This mixtape is inspired by the reflection of what place do we hold in the universe, capturing the sense of self and purpose while feeling adrift, a state of curiosity as well as surrender. Being "lost in orbit" also suggests a peaceful surrender to the unknown, floating freely without the need of staying still, embracing the beauty of not having all the answers.’

A Far Blue concept by Arutani - 'Lost in Orbit'

In 2045, researchers at MindTech discovered an anomaly in neural networks used for direct data transmission into the human brain. They called this phenomenon “Phantom Scripts” — mysterious glitches in the code that activate when a person falls asleep or closes their eyes. Deprived of visual stimuli, the brain becomes more receptive and starts responding to internal impulses from the neuro-interface, generating unexpected images and phrases, as if creating messages from the void.

Analysis revealed that these scripts are particularly active during deep sleep or meditation, when the mind is most vulnerable to external influence, as though an intelligent force is attempting to communicate through the subconscious. What lies behind these messages and why they appear remains unknown. Perhaps the answers are hidden in the darkness itself.

Making his label debut with the lone interpretation of ‘Cosmic Void’ is OHM.

Long a student of the game, Iceland born, Denmark based artist Bjarnar Jonsson aka OHM has stayed true to the spirit of techno for the better part of three decades. With an amalgamation of deep, dub and charmingly meditative techno, the Copenhagen resident has more than etched his place in the genre’s history.

Recent offerings via Greyscale, KONTAKT, Nordic Voyage, spclnch and his own OHM Series imprint, continue to show Bjarnar’s deft production hand and borderless approach, one that often lands in a creative space that works well for a broad range of astute selectors.

Now, following a spring remix of ‘Conclusions’ by Philipp Priebe, OHM adds Refraction to his resume with a stunning rendition of ‘Cosmic Void’.

Staying true to the qualities of the original, but lovingly reshaped and rearranged into something familiar, yet new, OHM applies some soulfully intricate 4/4 pressure, which makes for a version that is percussive and rhythmic, with just the right amount of atmosphere, the ultimate dancefloor weapon if you will.

Nicolas Barnes’ Glory Shadow EP, the 140th release in the Mood Series, delivers a masterful blend of deep, heady textures and precise production. Across five tracks, Barnes crafts a blend that both captures and challenges the listener with its intricate rhythms and atmospheric layers.
The opening track, 'Fiber Square Ground', immediately drops you into an expansive atmosphere before a killer rhythm emerges. The addictive groove keeps the track grounded while chords swell and fade in a way that feels like a slow-motion sunrise. It’s an impressive opener that primes you for the emotional depth to follow. Next, 'Asked Question' ups the intensity with its airy, layered production. The chords are flighty, giving a sense of soaring through space. There’s an undeniable feeling of motion here, like shooting through the stratosphere—a perfect transition that sets up 'Glory Shadow'. This title track stands as the deepest offering on the EP. It’s hypnotic, drawing listeners into its gravitational pull with its minimal yet mesmerising textures. 'ReAsamble' is one of our favourites with a breathtaking and emotional melody. The chords ring out like shooting stars, creating a moment of reflection before the final track, 'Upset For Nothing'. This track is the calm after the storm, with an effortless groove.. Spacelunch (short. spclnch) is a Dutch electronic music label with an emphasis on the dub sound founded in Minsk in 2019 by Thomas Carmody (@thomascarmody). The key ethical principles are an individual approach and a careful selection which allows you to get the best possible from the communication with artists.

The concept of releases is dedicated to a fantastic multimedia universe. The space adventures of Spacelunch and Cat unfold in episodes of an interactive musical comic. Each of them has an original script, and they are connected by a consistent storyline.
