Serialism Records' catalogue continues to flourish with each release, now introducing the latest addition to the digital series from the talented London-based DJ and producer Becker, with his 'Alternate' EP. Having worked his magic as a sound engineer at the iconic Fabric in London and other venues in the city, his debut EP on Serialism is an auditory delight in its simplicity, offering two outstanding remixes on top by Peter Pixel and Andre Buljat. The lead track immediately takes you on a raw journey, weaving a deep, hypnotic atmosphere with groovy, dub-influenced sounds and scattering drums, with all the tracks being a pure canvas for long-play extended jam sessions. On the remix duties, WeYourSelf! resident Peter Pixzel offers a minimal house dreamy version of 'Border Patrol', whilst our dear friend Andre Buljat (Sanity, Horizont Audio) provides a pure underground techno tool with hypnotic drum patterns, heavy bass tones, and echoing twisted vocals. A must-have for a record bag on the move!

Originally from Barcelona and later nurtured in Almeria, Angel Mellado returned to his roots in 2021 with a mission to explore the uncharted territories of electronic music.

His performances are a unique blend of minimalism, microhouse, house, and breaks, infused with the timeless appeal of pop and disco classics.

Despite his young age, Ángel has established himself in the underground music scene, sharing the stage with notable artists like Alec Falconer, Alexia Glensy, and Enzo Leep, among others. He has displayed his talent at esteemed venues such as Hola Club, Bridge48, Bus Terraza, and the Breathdeep Summer Festival, to highlight a few.

Beyond performing, Ángel plays a significant role in shaping the national House music scene through Restless Music, an ambitious project he launched in 2022.

Ángel's primary goal in his musical journey is to profoundly affect his audience on both physical and cerebral levels, offering a transcendent experience with his distinctive essence and rhythm.

"The warmth of fire and the whisper of water, the magic of wind and the trembling of the earth, the melody of peace and silence to revive soul and body" – said the Queen and closed the portal behind the travellers.

On the summit of the Astral Cliff there was the long-forgotten DP-6 shuttlecraft of the Kwansi pirates. Corrosion on the hull plating had almost completely taken over the paint, which only occasionally peeked through between dense clusters of fluorescent bryophytes. The vines and wires dangling from the stern provided a perfect living dome for the lively Sivinerian millipedes goofing around on the runes engraved on the ship. The sweet scent of exotic flora created an ethereal glow. A giant stingray floated gracefully across the celestial kaleidoscope. Each flap of its shining wings gave the impression of time slowing down. One could be absorbed by this grace and lightness for hours, immersing oneself in the world of aesthetics and harmony that ufolded before the observers’ eyes while they were enveloped in the calming embrace of the gravitational massage chairs.

– Sea Devil – what an appropriate name for such a majestic creature.
– That's right, Cat... A true manifestation of multielements in all their splendour!
