This was life on earth and it meant so very much to each individual and so very little to the greater good. This tiny planet simply floated against a deep dark backdrop in which wild stars danced, the sun shone brightly and the cosmos ushered in new dawns every day. For now it was all they had...

Arkajo is back - this one is a feisty, bass ready affair which features two unique tracks and two killer remixes from Forest Drive West and Ebende respectively. Ebende's remix is a fast and furious club driven track, a deep house bonanza pitched upwards and destined for the faster floors.

Wading through the tall grass he kept his eyes fixed on where his feet might fall. This was a dangerous kind of place for people like him and it should not be underestimated how much trouble he might find himself amidst if there was a hot step placed in the wrong position. He'd been wandering out here for a long, long time - lost and alone he was a man from a bygone age, a psycho trooper who'd been left behind. The sun beamed down on him from up above and the heat was electric. 

Ivan Conti Mamao is something of a legend amidst certain circles, the Azymuth drummer remains one of the greatest and most influential. Now the newly launched Brazillian record label Troop have announced an EP with reworked versions by Fred P, Ney Faustini and more. It's Ney Faustini's track which caught our ear with a deep cut for the discerning dancefloor.

In the distant future, on the planet Gravitaria, an ancient object was discovered - the Matrix of the Universe. It is a sphere capable of creating and modeling different realities at the will of its owner. When activated, it connects to the user's consciousness, immersing them in a world of their own fantasies. However, as use increased, side effects became apparent: addiction, loss of sense of reality, and distortion of moral values. The matrix has become a source of conflict between those who crave power and those who seek to prevent the loss of human nature.

It was an innovative invention that combined the functionality of smart gadgets and the ability to teleport. However, its use resulted in unexpected side effects, including temporary memory loss. The bracelet became the subject of not only interest and lust, but also of concern, and was the topic of ethical and safety debates.

A glass jar with pink-coloured capsules was discovered in the depths of an abandoned complex in the restricted zone on the planet Iris-7. This drug is capable of changing the physical appearance of the user into any look desired. The transformation process takes only a few seconds and is totally harmless. However, its use can cause temporary distortion of perception, as well as bring about the risk of getting stuck in one form, which, in turn, can lead to psychological disorders. All in all, it is an exciting breakthrough in technology and personal identification, which still requires extreme caution and awareness of the consequences.

The Galactic Compass is a sleek pocket device resembling an antique clock, made of an unknown metal. Its screen shows a map of the galaxy with a guiding arrow pointing the way to an important destination. The compass helps with navigation, search and rescue, research and decision making. It synchronizes with the wearer's thoughts and is charged by cosmic radiation. Risks include unpredictable routes and mental influence on the owner, making the use of the device full of surprises and adventures.

The Mirror of Souls is a strange, almost frightening object with a heavy frame covered with obscure ancient symbols. Its surface reflects not the usual image but something more – the hidden traits of the personality which you might not be aware of. The mirror reveals deep desires, fears and unrealised dreams. It can show what a person could have become if they had made different choices in life. Those who stared into it too long have often lost touch with the present, carried away by shadows of what could have been. It is a window into worlds that will never be, where every glance can turn into a journey with no return.

Just like their forefathers who had come before they would travel to unchartered lands, seeking out prosperity, hope and wonder. As the sun set behind them upon their old home they did not look back, for there was to be no reflection on the past and time was of the essence.

Spacelunch (short. spclnch) is a Dutch electronic music label with an emphasis on the dub sound founded in Minsk in 2019 by Thomas Carmody (@thomascarmody). The key ethical principles are an individual approach and a careful selection which allows you to get the best possible from the communication with artists.

The concept of releases is dedicated to a fantastic multimedia universe. The space adventures of Spacelunch and Cat unfold in episodes of an interactive musical comic. Each of them has an original script, and they are connected by a consistent storyline.
