PASSY RACINE AKA JAH FOUL #OLDSCHOOLBOSS# est né à KINDIA, ex Leader du groupe de Rap NOIR SACRÉ. Le groupe a été crée en 1996 avec LANSSANA DOUMBOUYA « COOL D » ISIAGA BANGOURA « DON DEKIS » Feu MARIAMA CAMARA « MAMSESS » Et BIG PASSY « JAH FOUL ».
En 2000, apparaît le premier album « FE N'A FÉ KHOUI » produit par DIS et FRÈRES DISTRIBUTION et AMASSIF PRODUCTION. Plus de 100.000 exemplaires vendus, ce fut un succès de ouf ! Malheureusement en 2002 le groupe se sépare...MAMSESS et BIG PASSY continuent l’aventure en créent le mouvement NOIR SACRÉ FAMILLY. 
Il y avait plus de 10 groupes de RAP de la banlieue, tel que DE MOHAMED MOUCTAR SOUMAH « TAKANA » ABDOUL JABBAR, etc …….tous managés par LAMA REGGAE.
En 2003, NOIR SACRÉ réalise sa première compilation NS FAMILY « DINGIRA HIP HOP »
C'est après la sortie de cette compil que JAH FOUL est partit en France pour d’autres projets.
Après 15 ans d’absence il signe son retour : ##COME BACK #OLD SCHOOL BOSS
