FilosofischeStilte is an influential producer, beatmaker  and DJ from The Hague, known for his unique blend of hip-hop and electronic dance music. Started djing when I was 15 to my parents and neighbours disdain, shock and outright misunderstanding. I began on limit belt drives, a mixer nobody ever heard of, an amp that i can only describe as stolen from your grandads stack system with speakers found at a junk yard piled on a table that was only fit to do the wallpapering pumping out happy hardcore, surrounded by rave posters and a big old SV slammin vinyl I painted on the bedroom wall. ahh, the 90s.
