The Secrets of Sastrà is the combination which translates into the art of dance created through combination of rhythm with expression. it is complete oneness of soul and body, symbolizes the rhythmic motion of the universe an Active Meditation.

The rhythms and phrases of music are reflected in the movements of the hands body and in the stamping of the feet. It is the purest way to portray Navarasas or the emotions, which includes Hasya (happiness), Krodha (anger), Bhibasta (disgust), Bhaya (fear), Shoka (sorrow), Viram (courage), Karuna (compassion), Adbhuta (wonder) and Shanta (serenity).
