Here's a mix to move, dance and journey to with the focus on your MIND

When moving and dancing to this mix the most important thing is to listen to your body. Music is great and also contains a lot of energy and can be very directive in terms of movements and emotions. You're here to discover your own authentic relationship your MIND. That requires a lot of listening.

Of course you can also just enjoy the music and let yourself go into the journey, but I encourage you to really be aware of your relationship to your MIND and intention or intentions as you move.

You can listen, move and dance as many times as you'd like so try it out with different focuses.

You can try just not focusing on the MIND at all and enjoy the dance and you can try really going deep holding the awareness of your MIND. You can also try everything in between!

This is a voyage of discovery and the good news is that there is no right or wrong way to do it.

If you can move and dance both in nature as well as at home that's wonderful.

It's great to journal or use any other creative expression practices to support the deepening, digestion and integration.
