Spektre (Drumcode / Respekt), one of Britain's hottest techno duos, attacks the techno World with an unprecedented single! 'Without Warning' is Spektre's case study on today's Techno. Uncommon, speedy, dark and above all, trippy, it is a track that rewrites the rules on how a proper track should be. Melancholic and dark, but precise and crisp at the same time -a typical Spektre characterstic- 'Without Warning' is composed upon the concept of making a difference. Huge bass pads bring out melodies that move and travel the audience while on the same time spacey strings and groovy drum patterns generate the antithesis that makes the energy circulate in this excellent track's veins. Thomas Schumacher's (Drumcode / Noir) approach is manifested upon pure energy. Advanced engineering and authentic inspiration meet, to create a perfectly blended dark-as-the-gates-of-the-underworld killer groove and fresh rhythmical elements, all mixed along to forge a track destined to stir bedrocks and definitely question their structural rigidity! D-Deck (Alleanza / Phobiq) inserts his life experience in music-making into his remix and totally transforms the track, generating a new existence. This is a 4 AM track, definitely made to move large crowds. Rigorous and stern, yet driving and melodic, it's based on a solid drum pattern that concludes to an epic buildup where all melodic elements join the harmony and add their own perspective to end-up in a huge drop. Stiv Hey debuts on Berlin imprint Kuukou Records after a slew of well received releases on essential labels such as Trapez or Sci + Tec. Across the three tracks of “Waves Of Light”, the Italian producer takes on a big room sound with flair and gusto. 
On title track “Waves of Light”, an apprehensive lead looms at the forefront while a beautiful arpeggiator rises and withdraws in the background. The track carries us through emotional peaks but a lonely siren wails in the background, a stark reminder that it can all easily turn sideways. 
Belgian duo Filterheadz take on “Waves Of Light” and inject some dynamics into the track without losing its deep and menacing qualities. The breakdowns stay big and a good amount of rave stabs get thrown in for good measure. 
On closer “Atlantis”, Stiv Hey takes us on a trip under the influence of the raptures of the deep. It’s a techno narcosis that’s brought to the edge and explodes at just the right moment.

Luca Agnelli’s Etruria Beat sees Italian artist Bastinov return with a fantastic full-length album entitled All Through The Night, this Autumn. Bastinov is a master-craftsmen who imbues his music with melody and spirituality. After first releasing on Etruria in 2013, his standout sound design and the richness of his synth-work has continued to catch attention from the likes of Adam Beyer, Sven Väth, Pan-Pot. Across six superb EP releases, he has subtly developed his sound and now, on this debut album, makes his most complete and coherent musical statement yet. ‘Deep Forest’ majestically opens the album, raining true to its title is like a journey through a lush organic landscape. Bubbling synths and drums get you in a trance on ‘All Through The Night’ and the range of synths on ‘Genesis’, from smooth to pixelated to thunderous, lend the techno a truly immersive feel. Bastinov then expertly explores a range of moods on suspense-fueled ‘Eternia’, over to darker and moodier on ‘Hyperion’ while ‘Dantze’ layers up scintillating cosmic keys above elongated grooves that all build and build to an intense peak. The second half of the album is just as artful, with the surging Detroit styles of ‘Evnt’ and celestial melodic rain of ‘Proteus’. The Veneti artist showcases his ability to make synths take any form as he skews and stretches them to the heavens, or breaks them into crystalline droplets on ‘Arponoid’ and ‘Elaysia’. This intense, absorbing trip finishes with ‘Der Love Train’ and ‘Devine’ a in a set of highly emotive tracks that sweep to otherworldly spaces and back again with the euphoric vocals of experimental/industrial artist KnowKontrol featuring on ‘The Silence Of The Night’.
