The Beat-Herder is a music festival held annually in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire, UK.

We released more than 150 records in the last 20 years, including great bands and artists like Mighty Mighty, The Siddeleys, The Close Lobsters, Desert Wolves, Andy Pawlak, Yeah Jazz, The Bodines, Hey Paulette, Love Parade, The Nivens, Reserve or The Bridge, to name but a few... stay tuned!

Best described as an indie, folk hybrid.  His plaintive vocal melodies and emotive lyrics combine to create a heady mix of melancholic storytelling and social commentary.

- influenced by too many artists to mention but love the 80’s particularly the synth sound. The synthesiser stayed around longer than most predicted . Enjoy.
