Disarmingly simple, ‘Lamp’ glistens with alternating, twinkling piano chords and a glitch-inflected beat. The star of the show here is Noah’s voice itself, layered and twisting, and—later—speaking ASMR-style in an altogether sultry, personal performance.

（2022/8/1）昨日は長女と二人でおでかけ。読書感想文の本を読みに、長女の行ったことのない図書館に行ってみようと隣町の佐倉南図書館へ。車を止めて図書館に入ろうとすると何やら雨どいみたいなところから、カタカタと乾いた音が。なんかいい音だねえと言いあって、録音してみることに（レコーダーは常に持ってる）。今日、一人で楽器を足して仕上げてみました。あとで長女に聴かせてみよう。反応薄いだろうけど。

Yesterday, my oldest daughter and I went out together. We went to the Sakura Minami Library in the next town over to read a book for her book report, hoping to visit a library that she had never been to. As we parked the car and were about to enter the library, we heard a dry rattling sound coming from what sounded like rain gutters. We said to each other that it sounded nice, and decided to record it (I always have a recorder with me). Today, I added some instruments and finished it up by myself. I'll play it to my eldest daughter later. I'm sure she won't react well.
