Anji Bee is a So Cal vocalist/lyricist, podcaster/DJ, and YouTube channel hostess/producer. She's released dozens of albums, EPs, and singles both as a solo artist and with her band, @Lovespirals, working in musical styles from dream pop to deep house. Her soulful and ethereal vocals have also graced collaborations with numerous electronica and ambient artists including Aerotek, Bloody Mary + SIS, Karmacoda + Beth Hirsch, @FallingYou, @TheGrooveblaster, and Rom di Prisco AKA Bitstream Dream. Her long running electronica music show, The Chillcast with Anji Bee, has had millions of downloads and streams since its launch in January 2006. Bee is currently co-hosting a popular YouTube channel, Happy Healthy Vegan, sharing her knowledge about the vegan lifestyle, as well as her original music. In 2016 she released her first ever cookbook, ‘Keep It Carbed, Baby!,’ and is currently working on her follow up book.

Influenced by the unique stylings of musicians as diverse as Ornette Coleman, the Grateful Dead, Brian Eno, and Jefferson Airplane, SpiceHouse is a foray into world beats, acid and traditional jazz forms, and jammed-out trip hop grooves, filtered through the aural prism of Barbarian Lovers and Smoke Ring Days, the band‘‘s previous rock and folk-rock incarnations. Citing the works of groundbreaking artists from the avant-garde jazz scene of the 1950s to modern day electronica pioneers, SpiceHouse has quickly become a favorite of downloaders. Stand-out performances by R&B/funk musician John Scarpulla (John Hiatt, B.B. King, Robert Cray, et al) on alto and soprano sax accent SpiceHouse‘s studio work. The band’’s sound blurs the boundaries between radio-friendly rock and extended improvisational explorations. He creates music that evolves and tells stories that are uplifting, deep and meaningful. In his words, "For me, music is not just a nice sounding beat. There must be a story, even if it doesn't have lyrics, and a tone and accent that set the drive and emphasis of the music. My goal is to create sounds that engage people in clear and conscious states. Consciousness, progressiveness and awareness are very important words for me and are always part of my music.”

His writing process always starts with an image and a story. In his words, "My music creative process is very visual. Without an image or personal experience, it is impossible for me to sculpt my sound vision. I could storyboard a film right now for all my songs and know exactly where each visual falls. I'm also a visual designer and photographer and my ideas always go along with my music. Just like water and air, it is hard for me to imagine the world without these two elements. My life is like a motion picture that always comes with a soundtrack."

William Orbit, Ulrich Schnauss, Moderat, Röyksopp, Delerium, Massive Attack, John Digweed, Erik Satie, Claude Debussy, Stravinsky, Orbital, The Orb, Eat Static, Tangerine Dream, Talk-Talk, Depeche Mode, New Order, and too many others to mention.

I'm a Fort Worth area jazz guitarist that has worked extensively around the DFW Metroplex, mostly as a sideman, since I was 15 years old. I'm a regularly featured artist at top metroplex locations like The Hotel Crescent Court, The Dallas Arboretum, and Neiman Marcus (special events).  In 2009 I was one of a handful of local artists to be featured at the Winspear Opera House for the Grand Opening Week of the Dallas Center For the Performing Arts.  I was commissioned for two solo jazz guitar performances.  

My musical quest is to always "say something", in the way that Jim Hall, Lester Young, Miles Davis or Louis Armstrong would "say something". Jazz and improvised music is about creating a work of art, as with a great painting, a great film, or a great piece of literature. For me, music is about playing from the heart, and trying to connect to other human beings in a way that is meaningful and positive.
