It’s Soft And Pink (Tantaliser Stripped)

Minimal/IDM track with a focus on a melancholy chord progression and intermingled supporting elements.  The track pushes a mood of introspection but still carries a driven beat like railroad tracks for thought.  I wanted this track to reflect and individual's troubles, but also, more broadly, humanity's as a whole.  I have worked on this one on and off for quite some time and it led to some interesting drawn-out arrangement decisions, but I found when trying to trim it down it lost a bit of the magic that I love about it, so here we are. 

For What Do We Trouble Ourself - Amin 85.5bpm

A haunting melody rooted in thick bass and trap drums. Full of space, sound and the machines. Singular and dystopian. Something I will work on more this year among several ongoing projects.

I live in the uk and enjoy creating ambient soundscapes, these are based on various moods and thoughts that I have from reading horror and sci-fi books as well as cheesy 80's action & horror films.

I love the sci-fi stories by Neal Asher and the Cosmic Horor of H.P Lovecraft.

I also have a fondness of insects and arachnids.
