Trauma comes in all shapes and sizes, and as human beings we are all vulnerable to its potential effects.  But how can we meet trauma with tenderness and courage? Healing is so often a precursor to the practice of liberation itself, but true release requires a familiarity with emotions and the capacity to be present for them.
