Escalator is an explosive synth-driven track from the very first second. It’s the second piece of the album, following the chaos of Big City Hall. Like a sensory dive into a world in ruins, the track takes us from the last step of a suspended escalator, opening onto a devastated metropolis bathed in a fading end-of-the-world light.
Between forward escape, survival instinct, and a fragile spark of hope, Escalator embodies a constant motion — both ascending and descending — toward a possible rebirth. Every sound evokes the tension between collapse and renewal, between the metallic coldness of the past and the trembling warmth of an uncertain future. It’s a metaphorical passage — from shadow to light, from a shattered world to a lingering breath of humanity.

We’re entering the period I enjoy the most: Disturbance perfectly captures my style — detailed, hypnotic percussion, a gradual build-up, and immersive synths.

“Different – and that is my right” is a statement track about visibility, self-acceptance, and quiet resilience.
Rooted in personal experience, the song speaks for those who never fit neatly into prescribed frames -  for voices that were softened, hidden, or overlooked.

Musically, the track fuses Austropop with modern electronic production: deep, punchy kicks and a rolling bass drive the groove, while quirky, saturated analog synth leads add playful tension. Bright percussion and layered synth textures lift the chorus, creating contrast between intimacy and collective strength.

The vocals are delivered in rhythmically spoken lines, grounding the message in authenticity rather than polish.

This is not a song about rebellion through noise, but about presence through truth - different, visible, and unapologetically alive.

This is a song Mac and me did last year that I posted on one of my old pages and then deleted before anyone heard it . I get in my own head about my lyrics sometimes , but I listened to it today and have a totally different mindset now cos you can’t help thinking what you think no matter how miserable . And apologies to president beckenstein cos he has heard it cos I name check him and his song pity party
