Yevgen Fomenko, also known by his stage name Foma, is a prominent figure in the Electro and Breaks scene. Renowned for his cutting-edge production style, Fomenko has earned critical acclaim and industry recognition, winning prestigious awards such as Breakspool’s Best Producer (2010) and also named Artist of the Year by Sound of Frankfurt, further cementing his status in the electronic music world.

In addition to his dominance in Breaks, Fomenko has achieved significant success in the Tech House and Electro-Tech genres. His work has garnered support and airplay from internationally acclaimed artists, including Ellen Allien, Na Nich, PROXY, and other leading figures in the global electronic music scene.

Following a highly successful career focused on one facet of electronic music, Fomenko is now expanding his artistic vision. The Yevgen Fomenko project is a forward-thinking exploration of the Tech-House, Electro, and Breaks spectrum, emphasizing originality, innovation, and a consistently distinct sonic identity. His music is characterized by a sharp, intuitive grasp of rhythm and energy—designed with precision and always aimed at keeping the dance floor in motion.

I produce, mix and host a weekly radio program called BEATSCAPE: where creative minds meet up with dancing feet! Every week, I deliver a 3 hours of the hottest new releases. From deep-house to soulful, tech-house to deep-techno, dubstep to 4x4, ambient to IDM, post-dubstep to grime.
Currently broadcasted in France and Switzerland, my purpose is to educate a "mainstream audience" to what I consider to be "quality music", following my only moto: if I like it, I play it!

They have shared bills with the likes of Pendulum, Krafty Kuts, NAPT, The Freestylers and the mighty Plump DJs. With a unique brand of energy their live and DJ sets never fail to wreck a club; maximum throttle from start to finish.

The Label:
Having separated amicably from Krafty Kuts' Against The Grain label last year (they're still on good terms; Krafty got to keep Skool Of Thought, but Splitloop get to visit him on weekends and holidays) Splitloop launched their own Toastclub imprint to much fanfaring and free downloading.
