For Hyperdome's first physical release, they've invited long-term Hyperdome favourite - Andrew Juke.

Andrew Juke is Canada's best-kept secret. Having been making multi-genre music for years, Andrew Juke is no stranger to putting out bangers.
Taking inspiration from old skool hardcore, happy hardcore, jump up and juke (among others); Andrew juke utilises sampling, ear-tearing acid basslines, bouncy energy, and relentless pace to make music suitable for any domain.

This release is a techno/trance / hardcore mashup and it BANGS:

Rezonate - hardcore samples, trancey acid, and non-stop energy galore - 'nuff said so give it a listen!

Directly from Poland, Gimela arrives with an outstanding release, just to make all those raveheads cry of joy, because this is just an exquisite, delightful insight into the pure late 90's - early 2000's rave, techno-trance sound with all the juicyness and hotness!!

Clean, elegant, but bouncy and fat, with anthem-like synth leads, every track delivers without mercy and all the cleverness, a very well wrapped up sound & style, very dynamic and very fresh!

The release comes with cherry on top! A latin, guaracha, ghetto infused "Uwu Remix" of ''Bouty Bounce'' by the one and only, Aleroj (from Bogotá, Colombia), long time friend and one of the many broskis from BogoRecs fam! Just pure gasoline and flavor to make u sweat!

Xen Chron - Ice Flight

SPLOT kicks off 2024 with the second VA compilation, defining the contours of the label between local-gems discoveries as well as emblematic international producers in the bass field.

Seekers VA starts off mystically. Our own SPLOT ambassador dadan karambolo shows his identity within the 140 BPM realm and modern areas of the UK bass sound in the pulsating track ‘roll of thunder’. One-half of a Warsaw duo Private Press, Blu Terra takes you straight into moody sci-fi territory with ‘Zero Reasons’, a hybrid blend of electrifying bass and electro music territories. Don’t be fooled by opening on a high, this belter of a tune keeps rising and rising. Then comes Xen Chron with his energetic bass floater. ‘Ice Flight’ glistens and shines while pounding heavily with bass and jumpy rhythm.

The title track, courtesy of Low End Activist, is his take on retrofuturistic grime and 90s-like IDM mutations. Sliding bass and cold samples conduct this tune through a wide range of auras. All bound together by bouncy drums. Warsaw’s live act and producer Lotus Reaction provided ‘Nolly’ – a dexterously arranged synth jam, something he’s very much known for on the local club scene. Beautiful ambient outro completes this unique hybrid. Next up, Dawn Razor goes deeper into a clubnight madness with his techno-infused bass tune. ‘Dextrose’ starts with tangled syncopated rhythms and unfolds into a dancefloor tool of the highest order.

Hailing from Wrocław, Donija slows things down. ‘Twitchy Noise’ lets the bass and drums present themselves in full colour, by leaving much space between hits and at the same time – leaving nothing to be desired. Entire brings the subtle tribal workout in ‘Our Falsehood’. His trademark organic sound takes over, serving as an atmospheric background to swift drum and bass. A masterful closing is brought to you by Berlin-based Katiusha, who cooked up a difficult to label but extremely captivating track ‘Creeper Deluxe’. Her forward-thinking, psychedelic take on SPLOT sound serves as a perfect conclusion of the VA.

Having the mission of spreading our fascination with broken beats, dub, techno, UK bass and anything in between at heart, we’ve already had the pleasure of hosting a number of renowned artists such as Objekt, Skee Mask, Sully, Batu, Zenker Brothers, Bruce, Rhyw, Neffa-T, Appleblim, Low End Activist, Awkwardly Social, Forest Drive West or Mani Festo and trailblazed our own bass-path through the city soundscape, releasing local talents such as dadan karambolo, IWANN, Yes Stanley, 2Shy, Noodles142, Entire, Donija, Blu Terra, Archypness; as well as two compilations: Crystalline VA and Seekers VA, both defining the contours of the label between local-gems discoveries as well as emblematic international producers in the bass field.
