I have no desires or needs to enter a recording contract, I purely love music, recording, and want to allow my music to be available to all. 

All recorded content is played, recorded and produced by Kurtis Thorne.  
Live content may include other musicians. 

newmachine is my old amateur musical project. Since being 16, in years 1991 - 2003 I have recorded demotapes revolving around contemporary drone, shoegaze, post-metal, post-rock, slow/sadcore, stoner rock, neo/nordic/dark/black folk bands and music. I have restored old demotapes and alongside composed new songs now. And of course, I have played all of the instruments.

newmachine je môj starý amatérsky hudobný projekt. Od svojich 16-tich - v rokoch 1991 až 2003 som zaznamenával demosnímky, ktoré znejú ako súčasné drone, shoegaze, post-metal, post-rockové kapely a ich hudba. Teraz znovuobnovujem staré demosnímky a popritom skladám nové piesne. Hrám na všetky nástroje vo svojich skladbách.
