Johnny Elvis was raised in Queens, NY. He learned to love urban styles of music, including early 90s Hip Hop, Dancehall Reggae, and House Music. Since the time of Hip-Hop's evolution into a sound he no longer fell at-home with, Johnny longed for music that made him feel the way 90s Hip Hop, Dancehall Reggae, and House Music made him feel. 

While at a rave in California, he heard his first Drum & Bass (formerly known as Jungle) song, Shadowboxing remix by Nasty Habits, and he fell in love with the sound. Today he strives to bring these delicious vibes to hungry dancers, cool cats, and sexy mamas ;) where ever he has the opportunity to play.
