No half measures to ensure everyone goes home with sore muscles and a 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞!
