Ratchet and Crank is a combined effort of Matt Porritt and Myself.

Growing up a small town located outside the small city of Timmins in Northern Ontario, I grew up appreciating the finer and smaller things in life. I come from a long line of people who love to listen and play music, so it wasn't a surprise I followed the same path. I started as a youngster taking drum lessons for 2 years which was followed by guitar lessons for another 2 years. Eventually I started to get into the electronic music variety and began to dabble in dj'ing and then producing.  I've been producing for roughly 2 years now, and I try to spend as much time as possible doing such, especially when I'm not knee deep in law school homework. Music is a love of mine and I'm fortunate and lucky to have the chance to share my creations with the world like this. Check out the music and leave feedback if you'd like.
