Upon waking from a failed suicide attempt I was both confused by my near death experience and ashamed. Even with this experience I had nothing to live for. I wept. Tears began to fall from the pit of my essence. But I heard a sound, a sound emanating from my bedroom--I was bewitched. I was drawn like a moth to flame. I entered the room and the sound was like liquid energy. A captivating instrumental discharging from my outdated Ibm thinkpad laptop speaker. I was frozen yet in motion like the properties of subatomic matter--I was a particle and a wave. Still unsure of whether I am alive or dead I decided to replicate the feeling I encountered that day. I decided if I am in purgatory I will create a bridge to heaven through sound. This is my story.
