Despite how much support both sides have gotten, throughout the match, these Residents seemed to be getting along really nicely and well, even as voting went on, and unlike the previous Residents matches throughout the bracket, this was surprisingly more tame and calm, which was good to know.  But in the end, it seemed like all of this is just a huge reminder to all of us that no matter who ends up losing, we can be sure to always remember, cherish and enjoy these good memories with one another while you can and have them…

This is one of two unreleased FULL tracks I made for INTO THE BACKROOMS, a primarily YouTube-based tournament run by @adrien-but-on-stereo-2, who did all of the art (including the thumbnail!). I had been following this tournament since its inception back in... I want to say 2022?... because the premise was interesting enough to warrant speculation. I mean, a backroom trapped in their own contestants? What could be more fascinating than that?

In the end, it just turned out to be a regular tournament, but I think it could've been a hell of a lot more with a few more available resources and/or time in the oven. It has been an honour seeing Adrien improve steadily with music as time went on, and I hope wherever he ends up next is somewhere he'll be able to share his gifts in a more impactful way.

This track wouldn't have been possible without the help of @inkybomb65, so give them my love. I'll be posting the other track in about a week or so. In the meantime, enjoy the show, and vote responsibly... you'll never know whose life could be on the line.
