It looks like it's showtime — the vast and neverending static crackles and fizzes around our contestants, one queen, one terrorist. Around them the static rises and shifts, its image clarifying and stabilizing into that of a sprawling kingdom, lost to time. Beneath the queen rises and uncomfortably shaped throne, which she settles herself into while taking a moment to take in the defunct throne room. The rooms entrance is violently thrown open with a kick, a struggling terrorist clawing at the doors helplessly. 

DS: "YOU G-G-GENUINE DICK SUCKER! IT'S ABOUT TIME I GET MY WAY!"
* The Dancing Queen seems uncomfortable sitting still, and rises, knowing she's under attack.

Idly waiting for something to happen, both of tonight's contestants find ways to kill time on their own. Il Piantissimo is jogging circles around his partner, as he has been doing for hours. Kermit sits alone elsewhere in the sea of noise, strumming on his banjo. The static filling their surroundings begins flickering, swirling to life around them, melting into the image of a vast desert. Our contestants find themselves atop a speeding train, and prepare to face each other.

ST, I.P.: "This is your stop! Are you at the ready?"
