What is trance without emotion? According to Farhad Mahdavi, they are one and the same.
Hailing from Iran, Mahdavi’s production efforts revolve around giving his listeners the opportunity to feel alive. He believes that music comes from nature, and like the roar of a mighty jungle cat, it should resonate deep within one’s soul.
Born in 1993, Mahdavi’s musical journey began during childhood when he found a toy keyboard. It was an instant fascination that evolved into a passion for music. And it inspired a dream to make a difference in the world.
His new and inspired life started when he grasped the passion embedded in Trance. He found himself inspired by its uplifting qualities and felt liberated to experiment. Propelled by a desire to create his own style, he fused elements of classical and orchestral music into his work.
While most trance is imbued with positive energy, what makes Farhad’s work special is its capacity to make listeners feel something real. Believing in the magic of traditional instruments, Farhad endeavors to help his listeners find the romance within themselves.
Still, music is Farhad’s first love. As an artist, he strives to always consider himself an amateur, thereby maintaining the perpetual motivation to soar above the bounds of limitation.

About Us:

For a remarkable period of 15 years, starting from the early 2000s, Peter Kovary held a prominent position in Hungarian electronic music as the frontman of NEO and a talented DJ/producer. His contributions to the Hungarian electronic music scene were truly exceptional, as he blended the late-90s "french touch" electronic music style with elements of nu disco and house, resulting in a unique and captivating sound. He drew inspiration from artists such as Daft Punk, Justice, and Cassius. Through his unwavering dedication to his own style and creative vision, Kovary played a significant role in the flourishing of the electronic music landscape in Hungary.

In honor of my father's legacy in electronic music, I have taken the initiative to establish a music collective with my friends, and we named it Chat Boutique. Our primary objective is to preserve and carry forward Kovary's musical legacy. We have updated this SoundCloud as a platform to foster a vibrant community, where our music and parties bring us all together. Additionally, as an integral part of the collective, we have launched a record label in collaboration with Balazs Hingyi, also known as "Agebeat", who has frequently collaborated with Kovary. Together, we are committed to spreading the uplifting vibes of house music to as many people as we possibly can.

About Kovary:

Kovary was a breakthrough artist of the nu disco/house scenes. From 2006 Kovary had a succesful DJ career, he shared the decks with acts like 2many DJS, Justice, Yuksek, Fake Blood, Russ Chimes, Xinobi , Wankelmut, Punks Jump Up, Alex Metric etc. His style was a unique mixture of classic house, electro, funk and of course disco. Peter also produced official remixes to international artists like Phunk Investigation, Dayne S, Mark Lower, Andrey Exx, Princess Superstar. Kovary has produced a few Eps so far released by different labels (Enormous Tunes, No Definition, Hed Kandi, Armada, Recovery Tech, Indiana Tones, Spirit Soul Records, Sleazy Deep, Kiez Beats, Erase Records, Pornostar Records etc.) on Beatport. His tracks and remixes all entered the Beatport charts.
