This song is about getting paranoid in downtown Rio de Janeiro, after getting high.
I lived this experience. I was leaving the "Villa Lobos" music school back in 2011 (Rock In Rio festival was happening while i was studying bass), when I was mugged, but a crazy fellow who was passing by confronted the burglars... And they returned my wallet and phone, with the promise of getting back in larger number.
