Fanontale is an AU that takes inspiration from Undertale fanon perceptions by using it to influence the roles the beloved characters take, as well as manifesting in-universe, affecting the characters and their stories.
This is not an Undertale AU about "What if Undertale fanon was good", but rather one that seeks to answer the question of "what if fanon perceptions had direct consequences for the lives these characters live?"

Frisk takes Toriel's role, but they also take Ruins Dummy's role, in that they're the person who teaches you how to fight. Or, rather, how to not fight.

HUMANS and MONSTERS were at war for a very, VERY long time.
