* Long ago, a human had grown comfortable in the Grotto.
* They had only decided to leave once they had grown old and frail.
* I begged them, pleaded with them, told them that they would die...
* But it seemed they knew their time had come.
* In anger and desperation, I took a shovel I'd used for gardening, and we fought.
* It was short and one-sided.
* Nothing I did could heal their wounds after the battle.
* Eventually, I took their soul to the capital.
* I offered it to the queen, but on one condition.
