[Behind The Track]

Welcome to the fifty-eight release of Launch Records. This time we've got a new track by Elias Vace and AN3M, called ‘Lift Off’.

The song starts immediately with a string melody and chords. In the background, you hear a really subtle baseline melody. After a while, some space and astronaut sounds are added. Hereby the subtle baseline melody gets more attention. This baseline melody is the same melody that is playing in the drop. As soon as the baseline gets more attention the build-up starts. Inside this build-up, an uplifting rhythm of a clap and drum loop is added. Suddenly all of these elements stop, and the only thing you hear is the baseline melody.

When the drop hits, the track is transforming into a powerful progressive house track. In this drop, the melody gets the main attention. To give more variation on the melody, each last part of the melody a chord is added to give a really nice effect on the rhythm of the drop. To give more body to the drop a baseline is added which follows the drop. On top of that, a kick is added with a fast rhythm. Inside this drop, you hear really well both influences of the artist. They managed to blend both of their creativity and came up with this really strong song. Hereby all sounds which are used are self-designed.

All these aspects which are used in the track make the track a real Launch release. We are very happy to have a release together with Elias Vace and AN3M who both have a big name in the music industry.

As a 3 way collab this banger has it's own distinctive sounds; R3STRICT up came with the initial idea for 'Elusive', together with, MatthiasK who fired the track up and K3WRO added his own magic ingredients and took care of the first drop.
