Painkillers kill, cannabis doesn't. Painkiller overdose deaths decreased by an average of 25% after medical legalization in every state it's been passed in, according to a study reported on by CNN. That's not all.

Time magazine reported that deaths from intoxicated driving have also decreased in those same states at those same times, and their educated hypothesis is that cannabis users tend to, as a result of the effects of cannabis, use less of what ever else they use, whether it is painkillers for medical reasons, or alcohol for recreational purposes. This accounts for the drop in deaths, and the pushback from the incredibly wealthy who don't Fucking Feel Like making the transition from selling painkillers and forest lumber to selling cannabis medicine and hemp fibers, they simply want to wait as long as possible to lose as little short term revenue as possible. Blah Blah Blah (BBB) was a party that was founded in the summer of 2007 by four local Brighton (UK) DJs who decided to combine forces and inject some fresh party into their local scene. Since then co-founder Jon E Cassell has gone on to launch an internationally recognised online music magazine, the WeAreBlahBlahBlah mix series and most recently Blah Blah Blah Records, whilst hosting and supporting a staggering array of electronic talent across the UK & Europe, ranging from Maya Jane Coles to Ben UFO.

The success of BBB has been built upon their enthusiasm and passion for quality electronic music and their determination and ability to deliver truly memorable nights regardless of whether the music is considered scenester-ish, hyped, underground, cool, or not cool.

In the past 6 years BBB has had the privilege of holding residency at two of Brighton’s key clubbing institutions ‘Audio & Digital’ as well as securing shows for London’s Regulate, Ibiza Rocks and EXIT Festival, on top of which their record label ‘Blah Blah Blah Records’ is gathering a considerable reputation for breaking new electronic talent.
