Medusa Odyssey have created their distinctive & unique brand of electronic live performances. True musicians at heart, they create their own improvised music in their sets, producing it live with synthesizers, electric guitar, flutes, vocals and a drum machine.
Both hailing from Argentina, Medusa Odyssey have now been living & working in Ibiza for many years. Their music, deep house with a melodic tribal feel, is heavily influenced by their South American roots.
As their following continues to grow, during summer 2018 their live performances impressed audiences at parties throughout Ibiza including Woomoon & Storytellers in Cova Santa, Heart Factory and Do not sit on the furniture at Heart, ElRow at Space & Amnesia, Ethereal Festival and Namaste in Las Dalias, La Torre Hostel, Elements, Kumharas, Sunset Ashram and Beachouse.
Also in his concept with Bahramji as a collaborator has participated in 2019 at Echo Waves festival in Georgia, Iris Beirut - Lebanon, Rich Mix in London and private events in Cyprus in addition to traveling soon to Dubai to participate in Blue Marlin and Iris Dubai.
Their way of playing and experimenting with a fusion of electronic music with acoustic instruments has also seen them perform at festivals in Berlin, Moscow, Argentina, Barcelona, Madrid, Linz, Prague, Lithuania and India.
Medusa Odyssey has released its track 'Pahm' on Nein Records in March 2019, and in September 2019 its track 'Puna' on Pipe & Pochet; New productions and collaborations with artists such as Bahramji with a Themba remix will be released in end of March of 2020.
Also an album will be released for Summer 2020.

IV - IN (Live) - SPARKY Virtual Burning Man 2020

IV-IN returns, bringing his music mastery to Burning Man 2021. In this live "sunset set", with guitar and his own vocals, we are taken right into the night on the virtual playa. We are continually moved and hypnotized by the subtle dynamics of this set, paired with the deep vocals. It was a special showing by IV-IN for sure full of so many perfect playa, burning man moments.

2021 brought the second year of SPARKY Art Car’s Virtual Burning Man appearence in the Dusty Multiverse. What are memories? What are these tiny fragments of images, sounds, and feelings that move slowly towards you, like waves on a shore? What if we translated these into sounds? Trying to capture the warmth and the washed-up imagery that float around so freely in our heads. Stripped down to the core of the sound. Sounds that swim through vast spaces in the universe that sit inside of our brain. The washed-up fragments come up to the surface, and they create beautiful chains of atmospheres that give you that dream-like state.

The gliding of the synthesizers, the texture of the sound, the raw and distorted buildups that take you higher and higher. Minimalism is essential, no drums, just heartbeats, processed through endless loops of cassette tapes, just like our childhood. Waves, forests, streets, cities, and private places recorded and layered around poetry and accompanied by guitars and bass blend imperfectly on the sounds you hear, and these are nuances of the past are the haunting thoughts that wake you up in the middle of the night.

These are Memories on Tape.

Claudio Reche was born on August 12, 1979 in the town of San Rafael belonging to the province of Mendoza, Argentina. He began his career as a DJ. And producer, recently in 2015 and in a short time he was already sharing a booth with great national artists such as Sol Ortega, Ale Castro, Momo Trosman, Cinelli and Savoretti among others and international ones like the well-known Spanish Los Suruba, Rodrigo Gallardo, Simon Sheen, Nomad. Playing at international festivals such as Aurora and Kompaz (Chile). He is currently working on a project with the Argentine duo Guadal, which consists of his own label MALOCA RÉCORDS, made up of the 3 musicians and producers, where there will also be productions by international artists. Their sessions are played by one of the most prestigious radios on the electronic scene, Ibiza global radio - cave music
His sets are recognized for their dynamic line of Downtempo, Deep house and Melodic Techno, generating a unique atmosphere with their organic and ethnic sounds, always proposing a journey through different influences, rhythms and instruments that have withstood the test of time.

Always pushing the boundaries and experimenting with new sounds, IV-IN sees the world of electronic music as his own personal playground whenever he’s producing, singing or songwriting. His approach to music is fueled by raw emotions, which bleeds throughout his songs, creating a dark but groovy atmosphere.

Drawing inspiration from blues, old rock music and progressive rock, IV-IN approaches electronic music production with a traditional view by combining acoustic, organic, and modern elements in his songs. His lyrics are infused with themes of love, loss, and grief, which accurately paint the emotional and imperfect human condition of our generation. 

IV-IN’s melancholic lyrics and deep voice form a perfect synergy with his upbeat, dark and groovy sounds, creating a musical experience fit for both the mind, heart, soul and dancefloor. IV-IN’s mission is to keep the raw energy of music alive, and always surprise his audience with eclectic live performances.
