Made between London, Granada, and Berlin over the course of four years, @aphty_khea's next EP, 'Salt & Copper', takes the shape of a warm, soulful five-tracker via @squareglass.

The record's title track, 'Salt & Copper', tells the story of an emotional sexual encounter by the sea whilst menstruating, and embodies radical self-love, accepting and finding a home in your own body even when society deems it as filthy, unwanted or taboo.

Addressing the process of coming to terms with being non-binary and genderfluid, Aphty Khéa’s new single ‘Company’ speaks candidly of social anxiety issues and paints a myriad of emotions through rich electronic music production. With previous support already secured for their upcoming EP Salt & Copper, including a Mixmag premiere and a Kaltblut feature, ‘Company’ further demonstrates Aphty’s cosmic soundworld and sincere songwriting – as well as the singer-producer’s sensibility for creating deeply affecting grooves.
