If you have a Nintendo Wii my number is 4034 6593 0742 4722 Through my love of science fiction and music I have gained a slight hobby in photography. I take my digital camera nearly everywhere I go and as well as photographing bands I have been photographed with science fiction and fantasy actors including some who have been writers and directors like Leonard Nimoy at Collectormania http://www.collectormania.com/ As well as visiting O2 Academy Oxford  http://www.o2academyoxford.co.uk/ I have also been to gigs in The Bullingdon, Port Mahon, Wheatsheaf The Cellar and occasionally Bicester Hobgoblin. In The Cellar I was an extra in music videos for 2 local bands called Phantom Theory http://youtu.be/5oiZrYX1Z-g and Very Nice Harry - http://youtu.be/MWcarrUw8ME I also like movies. 

I don't like putting labels to people (mostly because you either end up with people feeling sorry for you or just asking loads of questions just because your different to them) however I am a Vegetarian, with Dyspraxia, Aspergers Syndrome and slightly Color Blind. Dyspraxia is defined as "a delay or dsiorder of the planning and/or execution of complex movements. It may be developmental - part of an individual's make up - or it can be acquired at any stage in life as the result of brain illness or injury as in a stroke. Associated with this may be problems of language, perception and thought." - Mary Colley

Like The Doctor (http://www.imdb.com/character/ch0009587) I am better at talking about things other than myself. Which is probably why I am unsuccessful at job interviews. People with jobs you may complain about being there every day and look forward to the weekend but you have no idea how lucky you are.

The Other Dramas are one half Oxford pop - Maria on vocals/guitar and one half Plymouth rock - Richie on drums/vocals. They met when they both joined Mark Cope’s (The Candyskins) band, Ninestone Cowboy. They bonded over their mutual love of chips and Baileys (and later on… Baileys in coffee = ‘happy coffee’) and while discussing shared musical influences one night they had this brainwave “Why not start a band just the two of us??”.

They recorded their first single ‘Radio’ and in 2017 The Other Dramas were born armed with an arsenal of pop vocal hooks and harmonies over garage rock riffs and beats.

Since then they have played at Common People Oxford, Cornbury, Ritual Union and Riverside Festivals, released two singles ‘Radio’ and ‘The Future Is a Holiday’ with third single 'I'll See You Again' set for release 30th August 2019 and supported their heroines Deap Vally, LA Witch, Saint Agnes, PINS and Shonen Knife meeting a whole bunch of awesome people and having the best time while doing it.

Maria is a self-confessed cacti maniac and has tried to hula hoop but can’t. (Edit: is learning and has managed 5 spins) Richie loves Plymouth Argyle FC and is partial to an all night Mario Kart session.
