DJ & Producer Dhartha, started his early DJing experience while residing in Edmonton – AB in 2015. After fully completing his professional DJ course from the "Night Vision Music Academy", diving into it with his mind and soul, spending 10 to 15 hours a day to master his mixing skills; Dhartha was able to gain the right skills to master the decks and has made a huge impact on the crowd with his live performances.

Kicking things off at a reputable art show in Edmonton, he conquered the attendees with his sound. Such hard work paid off, as Dhartha landed a tour in Brazil, playing for a crowd of over 1,000 people. Upon his return to Canada, Dhartha became a resident at the Y Afterhours (open since the early 2000s has been the premiere nightlife spot in the region with 3 floors and the longest-running after-hours night club in Canada; where artists such as Deadmau5, Neelix, Green Velvet, Adam K … to name a few; have graced the stage) where he was invited to join from the owner himself "Anthony Donohue." This residency has been one of the greatest highlights and a game changer in his career. Dhartha stands out as one of the few residents in the history of the Y-Afterhours to debut straight on the main-floor. He is also known to be one of the few DJs who have been able to pack by himself the entire "Bassment" of the Club with a lot of frequency. Not only a DJ, but today being also part of the management of the club, Dhartha has also contributed and direct supported for previous sold-out shows at the Y, helping keeping the after-hours scene alive throughout the difficult times post-quarantine phase.

Having more hours spent playing in live events than most people have spent drinking water throughout their entire lives, Dhartha holds a mind-blowing record of more than 90 live performances with 3 international tours, under just his "first 3 years of DJing", getting close to the 500 total events & gigs mark, throughout his 10 years of Professional DJ career. Has also held residencies throughout years to date with remarkable bars, clubs and venues in Edmonton such as "Station On Jasper", "The Pint Whyte Ave", "The Starlite Room" and more...
Dhartha can take you on a journey with his unique style and sound diversity. Also known as one of the few DJs in the region being able to play a vast variety of Music Genres ranging from Open Format/Top40/HipHop for Bars and conventional venues, to Electronic Music for Music Festivals and Clubs from 75BPM to 175BPM such as; Dirty-Tech House, Bass House, Techno, Brazilian Bass, Drum & Bass, Dubstep, Psy-Trance, Tech House, Deep House, House, Progressive-Trance and more...

With his latest remix: "Deep Inside Your Body (Dhartha & Enigmix EDIT), Dhartha follows today with his "Dirty-Tech House" music style, leaving his signature on the Y Afterhours and Edmonton's music scene.
