It had been a while since I dived through the Wormhole, and I felt it was about time to do another Neurofunk classics vinyl set. Combining the very start and inception of it around 1998/1999 as well as the 2004~2006 re-interpretation of it as Noisia and Phace burst onto the scene. The difference between Neurofunk and Techstep, Techy and Technoid wasn't very clear in the early days. I basically selected the vinyls that to me had a lot of funk in them (in my opinion 'Funktion' for example is Neurofunk in retrospect rather than Techstep). It's actually this funk that I miss in modern day Neurofunk, so I hope this retrospective will make you enjoy and move as it did for me!
