For this edition I wanted to go for more techy rollers, and ended up playing 2 hours and 45 minutes, as the next show was cancelled. It was a great flow with long mixovers and combinations, just like I love. And it was nice to play a bit extra after having missed the last few editions of the show! Enjoy.

Internationally acclaimed producer and electronic music artist Chook is proud to announce the release of his latest remix, ‘You Are All You Have’, featuring Luxembourg’s singer-songwriter Claudine Muno. This remix, blending deep, atmospheric beats with Chook’s signature electronic edge, will be released on his brand-new label, Sound of Time.

Known for his past role as the head of Full Force Recordings, Chook’s influence in the electronic and Drum & Bass scenes is undisputed. With this remix, he returns to showcase his forward-thinking approach to production. Chook expertly fuses Claudine Muno’s heartfelt vocals with energetic basslines and progressive house rhythms, bringing a fresh dancefloor dimension to the original.

The track is part of a larger creative collaboration with Muno, with whom Chook previously worked on the genre-blending project Monophona. Their unique chemistry is evident as the remix builds on Muno’s acoustic and folk roots while incorporating Chook’s sophisticated soundscapes.

This show was only one hour because of the DST mismatch between Europe and the US/Canada. Usually we split the slots halfway but I had a very busy weekend so preferred to just do a shorter show instead. However, I hope I didn't compromise because I managed to squeeze 32 tunes in the one hour show! Started off with 2 1/2 tune (about the first 7 minutes) with some 140 BPM bits because I really wanted to play that I Am Legion (with the Foreign Beggars on the vocals) remix by Visages. The rest of the journey was from glitchy to tech and quite a lot of tunes with vocals! Also quite a few tunes by the courtesy of @blackoutmusicnl - and a lot of bits of the Critical label. Hope you all enjoy!
