🔸 8a Korta: Två för mycket — Officiell Beskrivning

“8a Korta: Två för mycket” är den stökiga, glittriga och överbubblande fortsättningen på Nordic Soul Syndicates 8a-svit.
Om Neon på Söndag var den neonblanka starten, är Två för mycket den där gränslösa efterfesten som ingen riktigt planerade — men som blev plattans hjärta.

Här lämnar NSS det renare neonskenet och dyker rakt ner i kaosets funk, kitschens soul och de överproducerade småkatastrofernas skönhet.
Det är musik som inte ber om ursäkt: burkar som sjunger, mikrofoner som brister, syntar som blinkar rött och känslor som spiller över.

“Två för mycket” är albumet där allt blir liiite för mycket —
för mycket reverb, för mycket känsla, för mycket charm, för mycket NSS —
och just därför fungerar det.

Färgerna skiftar från neonrosa och lila till överhettad orange och morgonröd.
Det är det där ögonblicket när festen borde vara slut men hjärtat fortfarande vill dansa, trots att mixen spricker och rösten går av.

Plattan innehåller några av seriens mest ikoniska spår:
den trasiga rösten, den förbjudna ketchupmixen, den plastiga själen, och den där eviga känslan av att allt lät bättre i går.
Det är fulsoul på högsta nivå — och helt kompromisslöst NSS.

“Två för mycket” är trilogins vilda mittpunkt:
stökig, charmig, kreativt överlastad och full av själ.
Det är här 8a-sviten exploderar — och visar att lite för mycket är precis lagom.

Took me quite a while to get this out, but I hope it was worth it :)
I was meant to release this close to Christmas as a gift to Bongo, but I couldn't muster the energy for it. I've been working on it slowly since, and I think it's finally ready.
I scattered lots of Donkey Kong Country motifs throughout here for you guys to find and enjoy, see if you can notice them all!
