This playlist/album is a small sample of my earliest tracks from the ravetastic 90's - produced solely with a Yamaha QY10 sequencer triggering my trusty 12-bit Yamaha TG33 synth module. 
Nice crusty analogue sound recorded direct to vintage C90 cassettes! :D

Here is 'the first ever' track I made with my Yamaha TG33! 
Since I had just then bought both the 808-State Ex:el CD and my Yammy synth I had a go at doing a remix of their track "Olympic". 
Seeing as 2012 is the London Olympics I thought it would be fun to post it up!
Yes, its very rough around the edges but back in the day I was recording to my AIWA analogue cassette player! :D
Listening back now I like the chaotic nature of all the melodies trampling over each other! :D

A New Found Ex:elence (reworking of 808-State's Olympic)

Cinematic soundtrack strings ebb and flow against a hypnotic bassline and other percussive melodies.
This is a track from my Analogue graves playlist. All tracks were produced on Yamaha SY22/TG33 synths back in the 90's and have now been revived here.

This track was named after a racehorse. It also was one of the last memories of my Grandmother. She was watching that horserace. I was also inspired after listening to Underworld track 'Rez'.

Early track from the analogue graves! This was the second track I composed on my first synth and was inspired by 808 State 'Pacific 202' track. I remember reading they used to take well known chord progressions from pop songs and mix them around so I tried the same here and used rich 11th and 13th chords as well as an ode to the track that inspired me. Appears on my CD "Electrorgamsichilloutechnosoup 1993"

Atlas (lemonjuice mix)

Probably one of my personal favourites. This was inspired by Debussy's early musical works - a CD I borrowed from my local library. I love piano but couldnt play so really tried to get some nice piano vibes going with this one and also some analogue sounds inspired by Aphex Twins 85-92 album. That gave way to the classical-esque title and also of me discovering another great artist Tomita! :)

Wanted to write something dark and long and using one of my faourite synth pads....so I did! Its mostly a basic pattern and I just played random live stuff over it.

Squishy and his groovey electromachines were born out of the ravetastic 90's! 
It all started in squishy's bedroom with his Yamaha toys. His first tracks threw into the mixing desk, influences from the late 80's acid/ambient house explosion and subconscious ones from the melody-rich 60's music exposed to him by his parents! It was in 1989, upon hearing the beautiful floaty electronic sounds of 808 State, Tomita and Jean Michel Jarre that he rushed out to purchased his first electronic keyboard (from Boots no less) in his quest to create his own brand of auralbliss!
In 1992 with EDM exploding bass woofers worldwide, squishmusic and his newly-purchased-ever-groovy-electro music gadgets wrote their first composition Atlas; now digitally revived here from the analogue graves. For the next four years he lived the days & nights twiddling his knobs, pushing buttons and being hypnotised by blinking LED's taming his electro-machines to create his music: electrorgasmichilloutechnosoup! 
Some of these tracks went on to receive favourable reviews in the European music press; in 1994 he had the 'Top Tape award' in soundonsound.com magazine and a few more. 
The music chilled somewhat during his Uni years. Since then and moving to Sweden in 2000, the music continues to subtly throb, schqueak, skweel, ebb, flow, radiate, and fuse his distinct squishy sound into new tracks; embracing newer digi-technologies and toys adds to the creative possibilities. 
He also records under the aliases: DJ Vinyl Fluff, Phil Happy, TeaBagTwice, The non-stop-cork-popping Champagne party people, and Drosophila pimp.
