I started with the first Electronic Music Atari 1040 ST. AKAI 12 bit Sampler, Roland JV1, Technics Rotation Turn Table Also Much of the progress on Analog systems was my passion for electronic music education I received in 1998. I made hundreds of Teaser Sweepers and Station Id's. Hundreds of remixes continued with my own Electronic Editing. After a long time I continue to starting productions again 2015.


In the fall of 2003 after threatening to do it multiple times Rich Experience decided make good on his boasting. "My roommate and best friend Derek Wu had been hitting the local Open Mic nights playing his distorted bass originals. I would tag along for drinking and revelry. A keyboardist myself, I had been shooting my mouth off for months about how I was going to perform on stage. Finally I set a date and procrastinated 'til the last minute." confessed Rich "I was damned if I was going to haul a stand in there (Innertown Pub) and play behind a keyboard. So I pulled the guts out of an old guitar that I never bothered to learn how to play, and I velcroed an old Yamaha keyboard to the guitar - you know, the kind with the built in speakers. I Midied it into my big ass Yamaha EX5, and in 15 minutes I wrote "Happy Cheese", "Skateboarding", and "Jellyfish" which I don't even remember. And I was off to the Open Mic with my makeshift Keytar", states Rich. And the rest as they say Ladies and Gentlemen is history... 


FATHER TIGER is an Indie Revival Pop duo with a love of vintage analog synthesizers and everything mid-century modern.  Having grown up on opposite ends of Los Angeles county, members Greg Delson and John Russell now both reside in Hollywood, where they met in 2005 at audio engineering school. 

Often compared to Cut Copy, M83, Holy Ghost!, Hot Chip, Passion Pit, and Robyn, the band’s sound is nonetheless unique. Combining live drums with programmed percussion, layering numerous rare, vintage analog synths and incorporating a vocal arrangement style reminiscent of the Motown era, FATHER TIGER has crafted a thoughtful, vibrant and upbeat sound of its very own.
