Efealcubo nace de un amor a primera pista, de compartir el verano del 2009 viajando en un coche automático, en una isla desierta, jugando partidos de tenis, gastando zapatilla, sin podernos rebotar. Un amor de verano Fresko, Fácil y con Freshpeto, las tres efes que se conviertieron en la base de la hermanakulación de rosa pacheco a.k.a. phosky y brenda bengala a.k.a. laboucherie .
Fue entonces cuando nos fuimos a vivir juntas, y juntamos nuestros corazones y nuestros equipos de sonido. Empezamos a pinchar en el colectivo LYA events al mismo tiempo que conocimos a la asociación cultural ideadestroyingmuros, con el que empezamos multiples colaboraciones, entrándo en contacto con tantísimas ideas, personas, y posibilidades fruto de este encuentro.
Tras pasar por este colectivo-promotora de fiestas en salas y discotecas de Valencia, decidimos pasar a trabajar como efealcubo desde otra perspectiva, a trabajar la fiesta como espacio de encuentro, de catársis, de liberación, de rito colectivo…en espacios de entrada libre y bebida barata.

Más allá de la fiesta, efealcubo es una elección de vida, es la elección de ligar nuestros caminos, de manifestar nuestro amor, amistad y admiración (Aalcubo?). Efealcubo es aquella parte de nosotras que yanosedóndeacaboyoyempiezastú, siempre de manera fresca, fácil y con freshpeto.‪
