These songs are influenced by images from the poem Dover Beach by Matthew Arnold. I’m not sure how this poem came to me, I’m not a big reader of poetry, but there is is. I used several images from the poem to name the songs, as well.

I got the idea for this song from ñaupa here on Soundcloud to juxtapose the an all black key scale with an all white keys scale, and this is the result

After releasing the video for  "Passion In Her Soul" with Marisa Frantz for the album "Towards New Beginnings" (🎥 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PjWJ1Y-1U2s&list=PLbL2-VP5vdbvvLbWQUt9AaMoR67OnQdQ3&index=1), I saw that Marisa had also just released an incredible acoustic version of my favorite song by the Smashing Pumpkins, "Tonight Tonight" (🎥 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-8h3h-KukU&list=PLbL2-VP5vdbvy6vas5VJl1-3atJWqHcli&index=5). I asked Marisa if we could make a full band version of this cover with the musicians from the TNB album and Marisa loved the idea. We hope you love it, too.
