This song details the abuse i witnessed during my upbringing. Growing up i lived in a house full of turmoil and chaos not realizing how badly it had a effect me in my day to day life. I was an angry and bashful youth because of it but have now grown to see it as something that made me stronger. I want for people to hear this and if they can relate not feel so alone like i once did. I want for people to hear it and not blame themselves for the actions of their parents. This song also discusses my estranged relationship with my father and mother and forced me while writing it to come to gripes with a lot of the trauma i had locked inside me
